Mohab is a multi-disciplined, highly experienced, and entrepreneurial senior Saudi attorney and executive with a substantial background in deal-making and business development in the telecom., technology, finance, oil and gas, industrial, power, entertainment, and sports sectors, including in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and start-ups.
Mohab was General Counsel at Saudi Arabian Ind. Inv. Co. and led legal and bus. dev. at AA. Al-Turki Corp. and wi-tribe, an Ooredoo broadband co. he co-founded. He has been an attorney for Saudi Aramco, Skadden Arps, the Professional Squash Assoc., and PayTabs (online). Mohab also ran Saudi Aramco's Treasury dealing room.

Makram is an experienced investment banker. He has closed over US$10 billion in transactions over a 30-year career in the GCC and internationally. Makram has a proven transaction sourcing, structuring, execution, and closing track record. He has built a corporate finance business from scratch and managed a team of 20 bankers.
Makram established the Corporate Finance Department at SHUAA Capital in the UAE. Before that, he worked at the International Finance Corporation, (IFC), The World Bank, Arab Banking Corporation, and Middle East Capital Group in the United States, United Kingdom, and Lebanon.

Samy is a molecular biologist/biochemist with over 30 years of research experience. He has expertise in Synthetic Biology, Tissue Engineering, Molecular Genetics, Enzymology, Protein Engineering, Peptide Memetics, Drug Discovery, Clinical Studies, Laboratory Management, Project Management, and Translational Research.
Samy has founded four biotechnology companies and has been the Chief Science Officer in three. He also was an instructor at Harvard Medical School. Samy has expertise in fundraising, both from federal and private sources. He has over 29 patents filed and 35 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
